Als beroepsvereniging voor ingenieurs support KIVI alle ingenieurs in hun ontwikkeling en loopbaan. De EmigratieBeurs biedt een mooi houvast voor ingenieurs die een stap naar werken in het buitenland overwegen of die beslissing al hebben genomen.
Speciaal voor ingenieurs die werken in internationale context biedt KIVI de mogelijkheid de kwalificatie Chartered Engineer of Incorporated Engineer te behalen. Deze registratie is internationaal erkend en voldoet aan internationale standaarden voor topingenieurs.
Het Chartership biedt een structuur voor professionele ontwikkeling en kennisuitwisseling tussen verschillende werkterreinen en disciplines van ingenieurs. Sleutelbegrippen zijn reflecterend leren, peer review, visieontwikkeling, kennis, kunde en ervaring.
Bovendien, als KIVI-lid kan je natuurlijk contact maken met andere ingenieurs in jouw toekomstland.
